1Acceptable use
Use NotesBeacon only for your agency's documentation of supports. Do not share your password. All access is logged.
2Privacy and HIPAA
Information about individuals is protected health information. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to users with a need to know, and each agency's data is isolated from every other agency.
3Your responsibilities
Your agency remains responsible for its own HIPAA policies, staff training and agreements. Report any suspected breach to your admin immediately.
